3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard credentials, and promptly notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• No credential sharing or content redistribution.
• No scraping, automation abuse, or reverse engineering.
• No unlawful use of the service.
• No attempts to extract confidential correct answers or circumvent server-side grading and timing controls.

We rely on hosting, payments, email, and model providers to operate. Their availability and terms may affect the service; we choose vendors for reliability and privacy posture, not as endorsements.

6. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
