Transparent Refund Rules
Refunds are available only within the stated window and exclude non-recoverable Stripe/payment-processing fees.
Membership: You may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, provided you have answered fewer than five (5) questions in total. MCQ, IQS, and PT items all count toward that limit — whether used separately or in combination, they share a single cap of five answered questions.
Skill packs & custom AI add-ons: Non-refundable once generation jobs are delivered to the account. Custom content may arrive in stages (sets released one at a time after internal review) — that staged delivery is normal and not grounds for a partial refund by itself.
Duplicate transactions: Fully reversible upon support verification, subject to the refund-amount rules below.
Refund amount; processing fees: Approved refunds are issued as a credit to your original payment method. The refunded amount will be your eligible purchase price less non-recoverable Stripe, card-network, processor, and similar fees assessed on the original sale. Those third-party fees are typically not returned to us and therefore cannot be passed through to you. For that reason, your refund may be less than the total charge on your card or bank statement.

Why do custom sets arrive one at a time?+
Sequential release lets each set pass internal QC before the next is authored — reducing low-quality bursts and keeping the bank consistent.
Is the question bank official bar exam content?+
No. Items are original practice content modeled on publicly described task types — not copied from real exams or confidential materials.

Why are custom AI packs non-refundable after delivery?+

Does pricing include official bar exam materials?+
No. BarExamNextGen is independent prep software. We do not sell or reproduce official exam questions or proprietary administrator content.
