These are study-planning signals, not official scores. No completion percentage or internal practice score predicts an official bar result or changes a jurisdiction's admission rules.
Transparent Refund Rules
Refunds are available only within the stated window and exclude non-recoverable Stripe/payment-processing fees.
Membership: You may request a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, provided you have answered fewer than five (5) questions in total. MCQ, IQS, and PT items all count toward that limit — whether used separately or in combination, they share a single cap of five answered questions.
Skill packs & custom AI add-ons: Non-refundable once generation jobs are delivered to the account. Custom content may arrive in stages after automated builder checks; those checks are not professional review. Staged delivery by itself is not grounds for a partial refund.
Duplicate transactions: Fully reversible upon support verification, subject to the refund-amount rules below.
Refund amount; processing fees: Approved refunds are issued as a credit to your original payment method. The refunded amount will be your eligible purchase price less non-recoverable Stripe, card-network, processor, and similar fees assessed on the original sale. Those third-party fees are typically not returned to us and therefore cannot be passed through to you. For that reason, your refund may be less than the total charge on your card or bank statement.
An approved membership refund ends paid membership access when the refund is issued. Your account and prior results remain available, but you cannot start new main-bank exams without a new membership purchase.

Is the practice software similar to the NextGen testing experience?
It includes features inspired by publicly described workflows, such as split-screen materials, navigation and review tools, highlighting, answer-choice strikeout, and written-response controls. Equivalence to the official platform has not been established.
Can I buy custom AI packs without membership?
No. Add-on packs require an active membership so generation stays tied to your account, available analytics, and automated checks.
Why do custom sets arrive one at a time?
Sequential delivery lets automated checks run before the next set is authored. Automated checks can miss errors and are not professional review.
Is the question bank official bar exam content?
No. The offer is for independent practice software and material, not an NCBE-licensed or official-question package.
